My sign in code didn't arrive. What do I do?

1. Wait a minute or two, then check your spam, junk and Promotions folders for an email from TrackThirtyTwo with a verification code.
2. Make sure you're looking in the inbox for the email address on your TrackThirtyTwo account.
3. Still nothing? Press Resend verification code on the code screen and use the newest code.
4. If your account email is a Google (Gmail or Google Workspace) address, you can choose Continue with Google with that same address instead. It signs you into the same account with no code.
5. If none of that works, open a support ticket and say you're stuck on the sign-in code. If you can't sign in to open one, use the Contact page instead and choose General Inquiry.
